I work at the intersection of 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦, 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.



My interest is in understanding how the systems behind a destination, organisation or business influence the quality of outcomes they produce, from public health and environmental standards to tourism competitiveness, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.



As an 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, I have developed experience in areas where regulation, service delivery, public health, environmental management and organisational systems meet.

My work has also taken me into tourism, where I have become increasingly interested in the relationship between 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.



Through 𝐉𝐀𝐂𝐐 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥, which I founded, I work within the tourism ecosystem from a business perspective, developing and promoting travel experiences in Botswana and Southern Africa while exploring ways to make high-quality tourism more accessible and commercially viable.



I am also a 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐓𝐨𝐓) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫,with an interest in using training and knowledge transfer to strengthen people, organizations' and service delivery.
