I am well experienced with 9 years of experience in the property and facilities management/Estate Management and a bachelor degree of Science in Land Management and Valuation from Ardhi University. I am confident in my ability to contribute to the team, Landlord, Developers, Investors or real estate company to make sure the Return on Investment (ROI) is attained accordingly to the feasibility study made and to make the payback period set to the project become real not just a written story.
Also, I am confident that I have ability to manage property facilities to make sure all facilities are in order and working properly, attending on time issues happening to the property, supervising service providers and making sure they are playing their part according to their signed contract and agreed terms and conditions. To provide professional advise to the Landlord on how they can make cost effective investments that will help them to realize profit in short period of time than before, this including land acquisition processes, building permits, procurements of architects, consultants, building materials management, rental assessment, tenant selection, letting and management of facilities.
