Ladies and gentlemen, I am Elie Septime KOUKOUI, born on August 17, 1953, in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and proud to be of Beninese nationality. I've been living in the usa since 1981. Dear friends, over the years, I have dedicated my efforts to cultivate and explore ways to magnify the image of Africa, particularly West Africa and, more specifically, my dear native country, Benin.
