I am a Safety and HSE professional with over 10 years of experience in mining and industrial environments, specializing in occupational health and safety, risk management, incident investigation, compliance, and safety performance improvement.
I am a transactional and transformational leader, combining strong operational discipline with a people-centred approach to drive positive safety culture and behavioural change. My experience includes developing and implementing HSE strategies, conducting risk assessments, leading audits and inspections, investigating incidents, monitoring HSE performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and international standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
I bring strong skills in leadership, hazard identification, risk assessment, incident management, HSE management systems, behavioural safety, training and coaching, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement.
