• Take charge of training Battalion Commanders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and strategies necessary for successful operations.
• Develop and assess training standards to ensure a high level of operational readiness in the Battalion.
• Motivate and lead subordinates in high-pressure environments to achieve strategic goals.
