I’m a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations, making sure all materials are properly received, stored, picked, issued and dispatched. I supervise the warehouse team, control stock levels, conduct physical inventory and stock reconciliation, apply FIFO/FEFO, monitor stock accuracy and warehouse KPIs, investigate discrepancies and damages, ensure proper documentation and housekeeping, and make sure all HSE, PPE and MSDS requirements are respected. I also coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics and other departments, prepare warehouse reports, train and support the team, and continuously look for ways to improve warehouse efficiency, stock control and overall performance.
