I am able to draft board resolutions and minutes and all formalities required in global companies and trusts. My compliance experience has enhanced my analtyical skills as air am driven to combat money laundering and terrorism financing within corporate structures. I ensure that companies are compliant with the international standards of AML/CFT. I am able to draft contracts and agreements as well as conduct legal research when required.

I am currently looking for a position that allows me to intergrate my educational background and professional skills to support legal or compliance roles within companies. I am open to working remotely or in person and open to relocation or travel if required.
