À ce jour, malgré de nombreuses relances par email, téléphone et autres canaux, aucune prestation concrète n’a été délivrée, aucun dossier n’a été finalisé, aucun remboursement n’a été effectué, et aucune communication professionnelle claire et suivie n’a été apportée. Les faits, dans mon cas, sont donc les suivants : paiement effectué, absence de livrable, absence de finalisation, absence de remboursement, et absence de réponse satisfaisante malgré relances répétées.
